Warranty & Support

Yes. All BeFlex products come with a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. If anything's off, we'll take care of it.
Email support@mybeflex.ae with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll handle the rest.

Care & Maintenance

Hand wash with warm soapy water. The magnetic cap is not dishwasher-safe, so we recommend wiping it clean after each use.
We suggest spot cleaning with a damp cloth. For deeper cleans, hand wash with mild soap and let it air dry fully before use.
No. Our magnets are designed to stay strong through daily use, drops, and time. Just avoid extreme heat or bending the magnetic ring.
Fold it flat and keep it in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing heavy items on top of it when stored.
